Different is not a sin

A different world cannot be built by indifferent people-Peter Marshall

I lately feel that my behavior, my way to speak, my dress, my make up, even my thoughts become a big burden for me to socialize with others because I feel it different with others. Most of my friends think that I am very famous, having a lot of friends, or even never find any problems. But I become very silent when I found that something that I want can not easily implement because some best for us might not be good for others. It is just the different perspectives. Lets say that 4 person see a box together from different side, the west will say west is the best, the east will say east is the best, and so on. And in the worst condition, they will end up fighting that their eyes is the best, even by mocking that others do not want to change for better condition. A silly effect caused by understanding of seeing perspective. And it always become habit to see the differences than to accept those.



 Probably because since we are child we are taught to find differences in pictures. :D
I then try to accept every critics that is said by others, every changed that is proposed by life. Because as I grew up in Javanese culture, I never able to reject what is said by the elder. “Accept it, think about it, change if you feel it good, or just let it go”, that is what my mom always said. So I always intended to accept everything and just take it easy, no hard feeling. Even though sometimes, some condition asked me to change my way of thinking because it is just not work out for other purposes.

And as I analyzed it, some person might also come from different family, different condition, and different culture and different other types which God already created for each of us. Nothing is the same, even a twin have to be different, at least their name. So then I also accept those different, and I am sure I will find my real best friend, my real family, even my real life if me and them can accept completely full with the weakness and the strength. But this also not as easy as what I thought, it needs time, a good understanding, and a good communication. After each other see from each perspective and hear from each condition, the different will be accepted. . I believe that everybody has their own strength which should be developed more, but with some of weakness, the world seems harsh. At the end, I am still proud with every little differences in me, because for me, being different is not a sin.
